I understand that every possible effort will be made to protect and return to me all of my originals in the condition in which they are being submitted.
By signing this document, I am acknowledging that accidents do happen, and loss of or damage to my photos is possible, although extremely unlikely, and agreeing that

will not be held liable/legally responsible for such loss or damage.
